Variety has reported that Piper Perabo will star in Disney's South of the Border, a comedy about a privileged Beverly Hills Chihuahua named Chloe that must make a long trek back home after being stranded in Mexico. The film will be directed by Raja Gosnell, who helmed the two Scooby-Doo features starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, and will also be live action with talking animals.
